I was introduced to private service by luck in 2003, and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. Working as an assistant to the Estate Manager/Head Butler, of a high-profile formal family, motivated me to perfect the art of service for my employers' expectations. Because of my loyalty and commitment to my employer, I was given the opportunity of a lifetime, to attend any Butler/House Management School in the world, all expenses paid. With this opportunity, I had to make sure I attended the best school. After only a couple of hours from the start of my research, The International Butler Academy caught my interest. I needed not to look any further.
