Professional (junior) Butler for Private Residence & Luxury Yacht - Job 99011

UHNW Italian entrepreneur seeks one professional butler to join his private staff. This is a full-time, long-term position based both onboard a private yacht and at the principal’s private residences throughout the year. The yacht sails during the summer season; the winter season is spent at private residences.

The selected candidate will work as part of a team of three existing butlers and will follow a rotation schedule: after three weeks of work, you will receive six days off. The team is looking for someone with a humble and calm character, committed to excellence and discretion.

The Required Profile

  • Between 25 and 30 years old (preferably male)
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance
  • Excellent command of English (Italian is a plus)
  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury service, or private households
  • Butler/valet skills: packing/unpacking, wardrobe care, personal assistance
  • Housekeeping: organizing, tidying, turn-down service, liaising with housekeeping teams
  • Familiar with service etiquette and table settings
  • Comfortable working in close quarters and under high standards of discretion
  • A natural team player with a service-minded and proactive attitude
  • Willing and available to work onboard the yacht during the summer months

The Offer

  • Annual Italian contract
  • Gross salary: €3,000 – €3,300/month (based on experience)
  • Pension contributions included
  • Working hours: 9 hours/day, 1.5 days off per week
  • Accommodation provided onboard
  • Start date: As soon as possible
