Service & Hospitality
- Table service, including drink and wine service during family meals and small gatherings.

- Working knowledge of delicate materials care (e.g., silk).

Culinary Support
- Prepare simple family-style meals 1 to 2 days per week when the chef is off duty, with required familiarity in Chinese cuisine.
