Key Responsibilities:

• Table service and guest reception: Provide impeccable service during meals and events, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Household management: Assist in alleviating day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations within the household.
• Inventory management: Keep track of household supplies and ensure everything is well-stocked and organized.
• Valet duties: Care for the husband's clothing, including packing/unpacking, and maintaining shoes and suits in pristine condition.
• Kitchen assistance: Help in the kitchen as needed and ensure the family’s fridge is stocked with our preferences.
• Wine knowledge: Curate and serve wine according to family preferences and occasions.
• Table setting & event coordination: Plan and execute events, including coordinating with external providers such as florists and caterers.
• Event organization: Oversee the smooth running of events and dinners, ensuring all details are handled with precision.
• General support: Assist in other household tasks as needed to maintain a comfortable and efficient environment.

• Willingness to travel with the family, including trips to the family’s apartment in the USA.

Household Details:

• The family consists of four children, aged 14 years to 6 months.
• There is a team of 3 housekeepers, a nanny, and a chef within the household.
• Accommodation will be provided in a nearby apartment. The search for accommodation will be facilitated by the family (the rent not included in the package).

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar role is essential.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various tasks and responsibilities.
• A European passport is required to facilitate the hiring process in Monaco.
• Ability to travel with the family is a must.
• English is mandatory, French would be a plus

Schedule:

• This is a full-time, 5-day work week position. Flexibility is essential, as the schedule may vary, and there may be some travel involved.
