Mr. Olaf Eman

"At TIBA we change people’s lives. We motivate with one single goal; providing our students with the best professional training possible, and by doing so, offer them new and rewarding career opportunities. As Trainers, we are committed to the professional development of our students. We recognize that it is essential to enable continuous improvement. We ensure that all students continually engage in relevant activities, and are offered new opportunities throughout their careers. As far as our cruise line and hotel butler training are concerned, training on the job is part of our overall strategy of standardization and optimization of the competencies. People think that there is not much difference between cruise line services and that of hotels and resorts. The bottom line is a satisfied guest. Nevertheless, there are great differences in service procedures, service sequences, design, space, layout, and much more. Therefore I approach every situation and project differently to assure efficient and professional solutions."
