Anoesjka Imambaks - Trainer Housekeeping
She is highly experienced when it comes to housekeeping and cleaning. Anoesjka has been placing private household staff at the highest level for more than ten years.
At the International Butler Academy, she is responsible for teaching cleaning techniques, the use of (eco-) cleaning products, cleaning tools, cleaning schedules, and safe and healthy work methods. These are some of the essential parts of managing large households.
In 2011 she founded her company Maid at Home as a luxury brand of professional housekeepers (maids). Her vision and perseverance were acknowledged when she was awarded the Ethnic Business Women Netherlands Award in 2016.
Anoesjka Imambaks is currently the Executive Director of Venture Café Rotterdam.
An international non-profit organization and part of a global co-working concept. The goal is to build and supports the innovation community in order to accelerate innovation and to foster growth. Venture Cafe is also located in Boston, Miami, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Bilbao (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), Tokyo (Japan), and Sydney (Australia).
Prior to Venture Café, Anoesjka worked as a policy advisor at the Ministry of Economic Affairs on entrepreneurship and innovation. She was at the forefront of creating a better innovation ecosystem in The Netherlands focused on education, startups, universities, corporates, and investors to create and to establish a more entrepreneurial (international) mindset.
Anoesjka holds various supervisory board positions at organizations in the field of education, the labor market, film, and art.
Anoesjka has a Masters in Public Management from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
