Successful recruitment

Our success depends on gaining a thorough understanding of your culture, needs, and goals. We then tailor job descriptions that are true, honest, effective and marketable. Our goal is to attract the very best person imaginable to fit the position. Our Recruitment Director, who has been trained in our methodology for successful recruitment, follows strict protocols and procedures. Everything, from the interview questions to the screening techniques, is thorough and consistent with our standards of distinction and discretion. Candidates are presented to you in writing, including resumes, letters of reference and photographs as well as our interview notes and observations. Only suitable candidates are presented. Our recruitment methods have been designed to ensure that our relationship, with you and with the candidate, are lasting and consistent with our standards of excellence.

You may expect the following:

  • To speak with the Recruitment Director,
  • To meet with the Recruitment Director, free of charge except for possible travel and travel related expenses,
  • To receive our Terms and Conditions,
  • That once you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions, to pay a small retainer or deposit fee, after which the placement process will begin,
  • To be listened to carefully so that your needs and requirements are fully understood,
  • An accurate job description is prepared for your review,
  • That the Recruitment Director will follow up with you to review any questions or concerns you may have,
  • That suitable candidates will be identified from our robust and diverse database of private service professionals,
  • That only candidates who meet the job description profile will be presented to you,
  • That candidates are introduced to you with a document called the Candidate Profile, consisting of a resume, photograph, letters of reference, diploma's, certificates, and our complete interview notes,
  • That once you identify a candidate of interest, the Recruitment Director will facilitate either a telephone or in-person interview,
  • That the Recruitment Director will offer support and guidance throughout the hiring process,
  • That we will assist you with reference and background checks, salary negotiations,
  • That once the candidate is hired, the Recruitment Director will follow up to confirm that both you and the candidate are settling in comfortably,
  • After the engagement we remain involved. Hiccups can occur after a placement. Our commitment is to help you and and the candidate to navigate successfully through those periods.

Cost considerations

For our professional recruitment efforts, our fee is based on a reasonable percentage of the annual gross salary of the selected candidate. This is a one-time, no-cure-no-pay contingency fee. This means that we send an invoice only after we have found a suitable candidate and both you and the candidate have agreed the employment terms. Based on your billing address, 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) may be added to any invoice as stipulated by European tax law. This will be the case if you reside within a country belonging to the European Union. A small deposit fee is required in order for us to start the assignment. The deposit fee is deducted from the final invoice.

Our guarantee

Unlike regular placement agencies, we guarantee our client a successful placement.  In the event that our candidate resigns, or is dismissed, not due to unreasonable working conditions, within the probation period, with a maximum of 3 months, we will find a substitute candidate who meets the same employment criteria and qualifications as agreed upon previously, free of charge except expenses. This process continues until the client is completely satisfied.
