Graduation
Graduation is an opportunity for the students to
celebrate their incredible hard work together
with family, friends and loved ones. Graduates show their
diplomas to their loved ones with enormous pride
and joy.

Your diploma
At the Graduation
Ceremony we
present graduating students with
the official
International Butler Academy
diploma, demonstrating the students' successful completion of the
course and its associated training. This
diploma constitutes a valuable
demonstration of a successful accomplishment of
course training with The International Butler
Academy and represents a valuable passport
into the private service profession. The
International Butler Academy maintains a record
of all numbered and certified Academy graduates
and their internationally recognized Diplomas.

Your diploma is a handcrafted document
which you will receive beautifully
framed during the Graduation ceremony. A
PDF copy of your diploma will be mailed to you
so you do not need to remove the original
diploma from the picture frame in case you need
a copy to be sent somewhere. You will also receive your personal
Graduate Profile binder, a document
which you can use to apply for any
private service position anywhere. This
professional document will make you
stand out from every butler out there.

Graduation - a time to celebrate
The evening begins with cocktails and hors
d'oeuvres. Speeches are of course part of
the program as well as thanking the many
people who contribute to the success of the
training. The evening concludes
with champagne, cocktails and a dinner
buffet. Typically a graduation ceremony
begins (Friday evening) at 7.30 PM and lasts
some three hours. Sometimes students choose
for an informal graduation (they decide).
Graduation day on July 3, 2009 was celebrated
with friends and family on a ship which TIBA
rented for the occasion. Everyone had dinner
onboard and it was a lot of fun.

Prominent guests
The International Butler Academy
is always proud to welcome prominent guests
from around the world to the graduation ceremony. Many times
we invite a prominent person to hand out the diplomas to the students.
Previous graduations included guests such as the
Mayor, a number of prominent politicians
(including Ministers), prominent employers such
as Mrs. Monique (Albert) Heijn and Dr. Olaf
Juergens (both pictured top of this page) and many others who we cannot mention
on our web site.
